Monthly Maintenance Agreement (Optional)
If you choose this service, Should Be Web Design will support and maintain your website and email accounts. You should only choose this service if you predict that your site will require changes every month. Some examples are: if you want to have a monthly newsletter, or if your employee turnover rate will require email changes every month. This service includes the following:
- Textual or design changes (up to 10 hours); new or modified paragraphs must be supplied on disk or emailed to webmaster@shouldbeonline.com.
- Uploading (ftp) your changes to your web host.
- Host/Email maintenance.
- Monthly traffic statistics report.
If you predict that your site will remain pretty much the same each month, and may only need changes every now and then, you should not choose to pay for this service every month. You can always have changes made to your site on a case by case basis. See "Website Changes" in the Web Design price list for more information.
